The 1DIB inverter tripped when A. C. out-g ITf71I out breaicer was aooarentiv opened while personnel were working on 1DID inverter, fTTTI l A second trio of IDID inverter occurred when personnel mistakenly opened A. C. :

Although both 1KVI3 and

Thus the health and safety of the t26eiI oublic were not endangered.

The cause of the 1D13 trip ii e i i l is not exactly known.

1DID tripped again as a resul,t of the A. C. output m I breaker mistakenly being opened.

Fuses were replaced, inverters were returned,

i,,sii to service. and channels were reset accordingly.

Guards will be installed on j

l ii,.II all D. C. input and A. C. output breakers.
