Dear Ms. Rapkin:
This is in response to your letter dated March 6,1981 in which you.
requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, documents relating to radioactive effluents and ground / surface water monitoring and sampling in the state of Illinois.
As stated during a June 4,1981 telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of iny s.taff, documents 1 through 7 listed on the appendix are enclosed.
Each currently Ifcensed plant in Illinois has prepared a Semi-Annual Effluent Release Report from the date of initial plant start up through the most recent reporting period (July 1,1980 to January 1,1981).
These reports are available for inspection and copying at the respective NRC Local Public Document Rooms listed below:
