AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET No. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81059 The enclosed report provides details concerning the rai?;oad door to the cask loading area being open without required personnel present to close the door if necessary. This is considered a failure to comply with Technical Specification 3.7.8.1 and the auxiliary building gas treatment system is considered to have been inoperable. This event was originally determined nonreportable, but subsequent plant management reevaluation determined on June 2, 1981, the event was reportable under Sequoyah unit l' Technical Specification 6.9.1.12.b.
