Gentiemen:
This refers to the investigation / inspection conducted by our Resident Reactor
Inspector, Mr. T. E. Vandel and the Region IV Investigation Specialist,
Mr. D. O. Driskill, regarding an allegation item during the month of April 1981.
During this investigation / inspection, it was found that certain activities under
your license appear to be in noncompliance with Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50
,
'
of the NRC Regulations, " Quality Assurance Criterion for Nuclear Pcwer Plants."
This item of noncompliance and reference to the pertinent requirements are
identified in the enclosed Notice of Violation.
Details of this item will be
inciuded in the inspection report for the month of April 1981 identified as
Inspection Report STN 50-482/81-06, and in an investigation report to be issued
in the near future and identified as Investigation Report STN 50-482/81-07.
