Ylvi TG On May 8, 1981 the Commissica issued Amendment No. 61 to Facility' ng License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment revised the inservice inspection program and approved the inservice inspection program and granted relief where appropriate.
Paragraphs 4.0.1, 4.0.2 and 4.0.2.a where inadvertently omitted from Technical Specification page 3/4 0-2 which was transmitted with Amendment No. 61.
Please replace pages 3/4 0-2 and 3/4 0-3 with the corrected pages enclosed.
