This refers to your letter dated March 27,1981, in response to our letter dated March 5, 1981.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
With respect to Item 1 of your letter, we note that you revised your Container Specification and Inspection Report (GIR) fann in March 1981 as you comitted in your January 2,1980, letter to us. We do not agree with your contention that making handwritten revisions to the fonn during the period from May 20, 1980, until March 1981 satisfied our understanding of your January 2,1980 comitment to revise the form; therefore, the deviation remains as cited.
I With respect to Item 2 of your letter, you state that you do not believe that a Notice of Violation should have been issued because no direct measurement of the liquid level above the Raschig rings was made.
In this instance, the t

liquid level was sufficiently above the Raschig rings to obviate the need to make a direct measurement. Therefore, the item of noncompliance remains as cited.
