Subject: Combined Meeting 50-443/81-04 and 50-444/81-04

This refers to the meeting held at our request at the Seabrook Station, Seabrook,

New Hampshire on March 12, 1981 to discuss the findings of the NRC Region I

Systematic Assessment of Licensee Perfomance (SALP) Program evaluation board

relating to your performance in conducting activities authorized by NRC License

Nos. CPPR-135 and CPPR-136.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Merrill, Mr. Beckley, Mr. Johnson and other

members of your staff, and by myself, and other members of the NRC Region I

staff. Subjects discussed included the results of a review board composed of

Mr. J. M. Allan, Deputy Director, Region I, NRC Region I Branch Chiefs, and the

NRR Licensing Project Manager.
