We have reviewed your letter dated April 14, 1980, which responded to our letter dated January 7,1980, regarding QA requirements for amergency diesel generator fuel oil. Based on this review, we have. determined that the comitments made in your letter and the surveillance requirements of Technical Specification 4.8.1.1.2 adequately address this concern for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.1.
