TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81012 The enclosed report provides details concerning the reactor coolant system average temperature decreasing to less than the 541 degree limit. This event resulted in entering limiting condition for operation 3.1.1.4 and is reported under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.

Sequoyah Licensee Event Reports (LER's) are transmitted to your office by the Division of Nuclear Power central office. Recently, a Sequoyah Compliance Staff (ISEG) review of LER's discovered that this LER was apparently lost in the mail between Sequoyah Nuclear Plant and the central office and was therefore never transmitted to your office. This LER is now being transmitted beyond the 30-day reporting time.
