dated April 8,1980; and to your additional setters dated August 14 and
November 18,1980,in response to our letter dateu July 11, 1980.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions
documented in your letters which addressed the items of noncompliance
documented in our April 8,1980 letter to you, and your efforts to
improve your management controls in this area. These actions will be
examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
With respect to Item G(1)', based on your response concerning the
availability of the required documents at this time, this item will be
considered unresolved pending review of these documents during a subsequent
inspection of this area.
