Dear Mr. Finfrock:
TERA RE: SEP TOPIC VIII-2 ONSITE EMERGENCY POWER SYSTEMS Oyster Creek My letter of September 15, 1980 transmitted our evaluation of Systematic Evaluation Program Topic VIII-2, Onsite Emergency Power System. That assessment compared your facility, as described in Docket No.30-219, with the criteria currently used by the regulatory staff for licensing new facilities. We requested that you inform us if your as-built facility differed from the licensing basis assumed in our assessment within 45 days of receipt of our letter.
Because we did not receive any cor.inents from you, we now consider the report to be final and it will be a basic input to the integrated safety assessment for your facility. The topic assessment may be revised in the future if your facility design is changed or if NRC criteria relating to this topic is modified before the integrated assessment is co gleted.
Sincerely.
