It is the policy of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to provide the licensee with copies of all correspondence from the Director to individuals who have reouested action with respect to the licensee's facility. Apoarently, throuch an oversight on our part, NIPSCO has not always been sent copies of such j
correspondence that concern the Baillyv,um em. facility. He regret this oversight. Enclosed herein are copies of all correspondence from the Director to the State of Illinois and to the City of Gary, Indiana concerning their requests for action with respect to the Bailly 6 facility.
