This refers to the meeting held at our request at the Oyster Creek Nuclear
Generating Station, Forked River, New Jersey on September 25, 1980 relating
to activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-16.
This meeting was attended by you, Mr. Clark and others of your staff and

by Mr. J. Allan and other members of ray staff.
The subjects discussed at
this meeting included the results of an appraisal board composed of rayself,
the Deputy Director and NRC Region I Branch Chiefs.
