On July 31, 1968, in connection with the safeguards inspection of the special nuclear material possessed pursuant to your AEC License Numbers SNM-371 and DPR-3, we informed you that we would write you agr.in upon completion of the ISOC11ECK calculations of the production and depletion of special nuclear material as reflected in your opera-tions.
This will confirm that our ISOC'tECK calculations have been completed and we have concluded that Yankea's reported quantities of nuclear material depleted and produced accurately reflected results of reactor operation for the period under review.
We understand from your letter of August 13, 1968, that written material control and accounting procedures have been prepared as re-quired by I 70.51(b)(1) of 10 CFR 70, "Special Nuclear Material".
These procedures will be reviewed during the next safeguards inspection of your facility.
