This wupplement updates previous information andLaddresses items-discovered during. the Environmental Qualification walk down conducted outside of containment as committed by letter on October 23, 1989. (3F1089-12).

Due to operational' considerations,- toa outside containment walk down for FWV-14, FWV-15, FWV-29, FWV-30, FWV-31, FWV-32, EFV-14, AND EFV-33 will not be completed until shut down for Refuel 7.

The next supplement will address any additional items identified during the ' shutdown for Refuel 7 and will be submitted prior to July 15, 1990.
