SUMMARY

$TATEMENT:

The plant experienced an automatic ruaback on 11/30/89 to less than 607 power when a control rod was' inserted into-the core.

The plant ran at reduced power until 12/7/89 at which time the plant was shut down to repair the problem. The plant returned to service on 12/10/89 but had to reduce power on 12/12/89 to repair a broken shear pin in the Amertap debris filter.

During. normal operation, plant-output was limited due to low circulating water flow causing

. condenser delta-T restrictions.
