SEABROOK STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TACNO.73765) 1 By letter, dated September 21, 1989, you applied for an amendment to the Seabrook Station Facility Operating License No. NPF-67. The proposed change was to enhance plant reliability and operational flexibility by providing a back-up air supply to the Containment Building Compressed Air System.

Subsequently, by letter dated November 29, 1989, you withdrew the amendment request.
