In accordance with your application dated December 16, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to delete the requirement that scrap processing be limited to scrap from General Electric. owned or controlled plants. Accordingly, page A-1 of Appendix A dated December 16, 1980, shal.1 replace page A-1 dated December 19, 1975.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the sar.ie.
