The attached requests for additional information are forwarded to you in accordance with our understanding from your representatives during the ecctings held with Sargent and Lundy Engineers and the Portland Cemant Association on August 26-27, 1980. The information is needed by our consultants (i!cssrs. Hac:a and Parme) t s part of their independent review of the quality of the in-place concrete at Marble Hill.
In the future it may be more convenient for you if our consultants met with your staff to obtain information verbally.
If you would prefer this approach rather than reducing the questions and answers to writing, please advise us.
In regard to the attached September 5,1980 submittal, the following additional cocments are provided:
Item 1.e Provide either the load factors or verify that the load factors employed are those documented in Section III of the if trble 11111 PSAR.
Item 2 Data needed is the loading points.
Item 7 Data requested is only for duct runs that will contain Class IE cables.
Item 19 The first line should read... non-destructive tests.
In your response to this item identify the disciplines, organizations, etc. involved. Names of individuals are not needed.
Concerning the September 10, 1980 submittal, our consultants will. review the_
inforcation requested in Item 13 at the !!arble Hill site.
Any copios of ti.is catorial that are needed will be identified following the ons!te review.
On Item 16, those nr cions of the final report involving concrete will be provided (i.e. Sections 5 and 12) from our of fice.
