50 .34/81-06 and 50-265/81-06 incorrectly stated that a response was required.
The third paragraph should readt
During this inspection, cartain of your activities appeared to be in
noncompliance with NRC reqt.irements, as described in the enclosed
Appet. dix A.
The inapection showed that action had been taken to correct
the identified noncompliance and to prevent recurrence. Consequently,
no reply to this noncompliance is required and we have no further questions
regarding this matter at this time.
