e Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-265 As a result cf the inspection (investigation) conducted on April 8, 1981, through May 15, 1981, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1980), the following violations were identified:
Unit 2 Technical Specifications 3.12.F.1 states in part, "that all penetra-tion fire barriers protecting safety related areas be intact."
Contrary to Technical SpeciJications 3.12.F.1, on March 26, 1981, two in-strumentation cable tray penetrations between the turbine building and the cable spreading tunnel were not sealed.
This is a Severity Level V violation (Supplement I.E.V.).
The licensee's corrective and preventive actions have been reviewed and appear to be adequate; the efore, no further response is required.
