This refers to your letter dated February 5, 1981, in response to our letter

dated January 9, 1981.

Based on information not available at the time of the

inspection and of which your staff became aware subsequent to receipt of the

inspection report, the example in the Notice of Violation concerning an improper

change to the control rod drive stall flow data sheet is hereby withdrawn.

The

remainder of the Notice of Violation remains in effect and we note that you have

already taken corrective action.

Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented

in your letter.

These actions will be examined during a future inspection of

your licensed program.
