This is in further response to your letter of February 13, 1981 in whic you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act,11 categories of documents pertaining to the Limerick Nuclear Plant.
The following responds to the paragraphs as enumerated in your letter:
ONE: Pertinent documents can be found in the Accident Sections of the Draft and Final Environmental Statements (DES /FES). These documents can be found in Folders marked Draft & Final Environmental Statements at the NRC Local Public Document Room (LPDR). located at the Pottstown Public Library, 500 High Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464.

TWO: The Philadelphia Electric Company reports are not as yet submitted. Any other relevant documents can be found in the LPDR.

Copies of these docu.nents can be purchased by writing directly to the PDR. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a). TEN: One document, prepared by General Electric and known as the Reed Report, is a G.E. project improvement study.
On October 9, 1980 in response to F0IA requests, the Commission decided to make a copy of the Reed Report available to the public.
G.E. thereupon sued the NRC to prevent disclosure of the Report and on Octcber 31, a federal district court barred disclosure by the NRC pending judicial resolution of the 4

- matter. Accordingly, the NRC cannot provide a copy of the report to you at this time.
We may be able to respond more fully at a later date.

I would like to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following material from the NRC:
(1) Any published documents, sta ff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding the dangers that an accident at the Limerick nuclear generating station might pose to the public.
(2) Any published documents,' staf f review papers, hearing records,-
. available reports, and other NRC material regar ling the pre-paration by Philadelphia Electric Co. (PECO) of various reports including but not limf.ted to, the preliminary and final risk assessment reports, on the dangers that an accident at the station might pose to the public.
This material should include copies of any PECO reports in the possession of the NRC and NRC materials evaluating or cc:menting on the same.
(3) Any published documents, staff review papers, hearing records, available reports, and other NRC material regarding the emergency preparedness proposed and contemplated by PECO and the emergency preparedness required by the NRC (and FEMA) for an accident at the Limerick nuclear. generating station.

(11) A computer listing of subject heading, author, title, source, acquisition date, NRC internal ID number and full text abstract from the NRC ARMS system (operated under contract by TERA Corporation) for any document in the ARMS system related to areas 1-10 above.
