The meeting was held between you and members of your staff and Mr. James Allan and members of the Region I staff and related to the findings of an inspection of the Physical Security Program conducted.on December 15-19, 1980 at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station by Mr. G. C. Smith of this office. Areas addressed during this meeting are discussed in the Office of Inspection and Enforcement Management Meeting Report which is enclosed with this letter. We feel the meeting was beneficial in expressing NRC concerns relative to the areas discussed and your proposed corrective actions regarding these matters. In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
