By letter dated February 5,1981, your Company remitted a Class III fee of
$4,000(Check #81218/6791) for your application dated January 29, 1981, filed in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.48(d). The application was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) and requested postponement of the installation of the alternate water supply tank for the Oyster Creek fire protection system.
The ONRR staff completed review of the above application on February 13.
Based on the data provided by the ONRR staff, it has been determined that this application involved a review of en administrative nature. Therefore, a Class II fee of $1,200 is applicable. On this basis, we see concurrently authorizing the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of $2.800 to your Coogany. Refunds are generally processed within a two-week period.
