NARRATIVE

REPORT FOR LER 50-366/1981-009 On 2/12/81, while the unit was in cold shutdown, the reactor coolant was not analyzed ler conductivity once per 24 hours2.777778e-4 days
0.00667 hours
3.968254e-5 weeks
9.132e-6 months
as required by Tech Spec 4.4.4 c.

This is a repetitive occurrence and was last reported on LEL 50-366/1981-007.

There were no effects on public health and safety.

The reactor vessel was being hydroed during the time period when the next conductivity measurement was to be taken.

All known sample connections had been isolated during this time.

A conductivity measurement was made at the end of the hydro and found to be within limits.

In the

future, the laboratory will be notified to make measurements prior to vessel hydros.
