TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - DOCKET NO. 50-260 - FACIEITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT BFRO-50-260/81019 The enclosed report provides details concerning a bypass which was installed on main steam line high temperature isolation relays to control unit conditions until the ventilation system coaid be returned to service or a controlled shutdown initiated and main steam isolation valves closed per technical specification. This report is submitted in accordance wfth Browns Ferry unit 2 technical specification 6. 7.2.a.5.
