~ APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Philadelphia Electric Company Docket No. 50-277 Peach Bottom Unit 2 License No. DPR-44 As a result of the inspection conducted on December 1-31, 1980, and in accord-ance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7,~1980), the following violations were identified:

A.

Technical Specification 6.13, "High Radiation Area," states in part, "Each High Radiation Area in which the intensity of radiation is greater than 100.

Technical. Specification 3.6. A.1 states, "The average rate of reactor coolant-4 temperature change during normal.heatup or cool down shall not exceed 100 F-increase (or decrease) in any one hour period."

Contrary to the above, during normal cool down, between.4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on December 29, 1980,. reactor. coolant tempe-ature, as indicated by the-l F7-C
