~ APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Philadelphia Electric Company Docket No. 50-277 Peach Bottom Unit 2 License No. DPR-44 As a result of the inspection conducted on December 1-31, 1980, and in accord-ance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7,~1980), the following violations were identified:
A.
Technical Specification 6.13, "High Radiation Area," states in part, "Each High Radiation Area in which the intensity of radiation is greater than 100.

posted as a_High Radiation Area and entrance thereto shall be controlled by j
issuance-of a Radiation Work Permit. Any individual or group of individuals

r working at the north Scram Discharge Volume header,: a high radiation area,x without having a radiation monitoring device which indicates dose rate.'-

Technical. Specification 3.6. A.1 states, "The average rate of reactor coolant-4 temperature change during normal.heatup or cool down shall not exceed 100 F-increase (or decrease) in any one hour period."
