License No. NPF-2 brought to your attention in our letter of September 5, 1980.
Wc sill examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
As regards to the withholding of a portion of the report from public disclosure

in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 as requested in your letter of September 25,

1980, the following determination is provided:
An evaluation of the content of item 14 of the report has been conducted by

Region II and IE Headquarters. We disagree that any of the report qualifies

for withholding from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790. It
has been determined that the information is currently available from public
