Identification and Description'of Occurrence:

While performing SI 4.S.B.4.3, a bad electronic card was identified and CAM 3-RM-90-250 was declared inoperable. This CAM nonitors unit 3 turbine building ventilation.

ConditionsTrior to Occurrence:

Unit 1 at 100% power.

Unit 2 at 89% power.

UAit 3 refueling.

1 Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

Started sampling program by the chemical laboratory.

Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Component failure.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no damage to. plant equipment. There was no activity release, no personnel exposure or injury and no damage to the health or safety of the public.
