This refers to your letter dated October 30, 1980, in response to our letter
dated October 8, 1980.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection
of your licensed program.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control
and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility
security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, Appendix 8 of your-
response letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
Item cited in
Appendix B to our October 8, 1980 letter is hereby withdrawn.
