4 Probable Consequences of Occurrence Since there were_two. redundant channels available to trip the reactor in the event of a low steam generator level, the health and i safety of the-public were not affected.

Cause of Event The cause of this event'was instrument drift.

Immediate Corrective Action The immediate corrective action was to recalibrate the transmitter and verify that it provides proper indication.
