Dear Mr. Dunn:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.29 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-66 for the Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1.
The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifica-tions in response to your application transmitted by letter dated May 14,1980.
The amendment revises the Safety Technical Specifications in Appendix A to eliminate the use of a Reactor Coolant Pump Position Trip above setpoint P-8 (31% of rated power).
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
