Item 7 OPPD has completed its review of station emergency procedures and has deter-mined that the best method for identification of LOCA/HELB qualified equipment would be that of a distinctive tag.

Based on this, an EEAR will be issued to implement the modification to tag each LOCA/HELB qualified instrument and/or control in.both the control room or local panel.

Implementation will begin during 1980 and all work is expected to be completed by the 1931 refueling outage.
