Reactor water level switch 3-LI-3-463 was rencved from panel 9-5 and taken to the instrument shop for repair.

Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

Seven day limited enerating condition was entered at 1200 on 4/8/81. The Yarway Mode 14455. Ficator was returned to service at 1335 on 4/8/81.

i Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Indicator movement was sticking due to a faulty bearing.

There was no danger to the health or safety of the public, no release of p

activity, no damage to the plane or equipment, and no resulting significant
