TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 3 - DOCKET NO. 50-296 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT BFRO-50-296/8057 The enclosed report provides details concerning continuous air monitor 3-RM-90-251 which was declared inoperable due to the detector high voltage being set to the wrong phote peak during refueling. This report is submitted in accordance with Browns Ferry unit 3 Technical Specification 6.7.2.b(2).
