By no later than June 30, 1982 all safety-related electrical equipment

.in the facility shall be qualffied in accordance with the provisions of: ~..

Division.of Operatt'ng Reactors " Guidelines for Evaluating Enviromental Qualification of Class II Electrical Equipment in Operating Reactors *

(DDR Guidelines); or, NUp.EG-0588 " Interim Staff Position on Environ = ental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment". December 1575.

Copies of these documents are attached to Order for Modification of 1.icence DPR,16 dated. 0ctober 24. 1980.

By.no later than-December l.1980, comp 1ete.and auditible records must B.

be available and saintained at a central location which describe the enviromental qualification. method used for all safety-related electrical equipment in sufficient detail to document the degree of c:mpliance with the DDR Guidelines or NUREG-OSSE.

Thereafter, such records should be updzted and maintained current as equipment is replaced., furthee tested, or otherwise further qualified.
