APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Virginia Electric and Power Company License No. NPF-4 North Anna Power Station, Unit 1 Based on the NRC inspection September 11-12, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indi-cated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Criterion XVI of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, and implecented by VEPC0 Topical Report VEP-1-3A, Section 17, paragraph 17.2.16, states in part that significant adverse quality conditions are identified, documented, their cause determined, and corrective actions taken to preclude their repe-tition.
VEPCO's response to a Notice of Violation 338/79-47-01, dated January 15, 1980, described the corrective actions and specified March 15, 1980 as the date when full compliance would be achieved.
Contrary to the above, on September 11, 1980, the inspector determined by record review and interviews that full compliance had not been achieved as the specified corrective actions had not taken place.
This is an infraction.
