Pcg2 1 of 1 RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION ITEM REPORTED DURING NRC INSPECTION CONDUCTED FROM SEPTEMBER 11 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 12, 1980 NRC COMMENT As required by Criterion XVI of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, and implemented by Vepco Topical Report VEP-1-3A, Section 17, paragraph 17.2.16, states in part that significant adverse quality conditions are identified, documented, their cause determined, an'd corrective actions taken to preclude their repetition.
Vepco's response to Notice of Violation 338/79-47-01, dated January 15, 1980, described the corrective actions and specified March 15, 1980 as the date when full compliance would be achieved.
