Section 2.201 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, requires you to submit to this office, within twenty (20) days of your receipt of the notice sent to you dated February 6,1979, a written statement or explanation in reply.
To date we have not received such a reply.
Please respond to this office within seven (7) days of receipt of this l
letter with a written statement containing the requested information.
Failure to reply to this letter will be considered in determining whether any escalation of enforcement action, such as civil penalty, modification, suspension or revocation of the license is appropriate.
