Thank you for infonning us of the corrective and prever.tive actions documented in your letters. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
In regard to your report of an apparent loss as required by 10 CFR 70.52(a), we have no further questions.
You are reminded that Material Status Reports must be forwarded to U.S. Energy Research and Development Administration, P.O. Box E. Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37830 as required by 10 CFR 70.53.
Also, it is not necessary to forward copies of these reports to this office.
