An individual en each shift will be trained in the proper operation of containment airlock doors anu this individual will operate the doors for all contain=ent entry and exit evolutiens on that shift. The door =echanisms have been properly adjusted and the applicable maintenance procedures are being revised to ensure that the adjustment is checked following j

corrective maintenance activities and on a periodic basis.
