Corrective Action

j Maintenance activities on the door operating mechanis: had resulted in netating the effects of previous adjustments. Containment integrity was restored

within five (5) seconds. An individual en each shift will be trained in the proper operation of containment airlock doors anu this individual will operate the doors for all contain=ent entry and exit evolutiens on that shift. The door =echanisms have been properly adjusted and the applicable maintenance procedures are being revised to ensure that the adjustment is checked following j

corrective maintenance activities and on a periodic basis.
