stand from discussions between Mr. Shafer and Dresden

management durin;; the weak of December 12, 1977, that your

corrective action for Infraction 1 will not revia- the Dresden

Administrative Procedures in such a vsy that it conflicts with

the requirement of Technical Specification 6.2.D concerning

temporary procedure change approvala. We will examine your

corrective action during a future inspection.
