SUBJECT:
BOARD MEMBERS FOR FUTURE HEARINGS The application of the Florida Power Corporation (Crystal River. Units #3 and #4) will be scheduled for hearing in the near future.
I am proposing the,
following Panel members for this Board:
Florida Power Corporation, Docket Nos. 50-302 and 50-303 Mr. Samuel W.
Jensch, Chairman Dr. Eugene Greuling Dr. Hugh Paxton Dr. Rolf Eliassen, Alternate Jr. Jensch recently withdrew from the Northern States Power Co. Board and is therefore available.
Dr.
Eliassen is a new appointee to the Panel but he will be in Washington for indoctrination and consultation prior to the time this hearing, is scheduled.
In the event any of the technical members are unable to serve, I propose to appoint either Dr. Stuart G.
Forbes or Dr. David B. hall.
If the Commission has no objection to these appoint-ments, arrangements will be made to establish this Board.
