Crystal River Technical Specific'ations Prepared by EEB Results of all radiological environmental samples taken shall be sumarized on an annual basis following the for-mat of Table 5.6-1.

In the event that some results are not available within the 90 day period, the report shall be submitted, noting and explaining the reasons for the missing results. The missing data shall be submitted as soon as possible in a supplementary report.

The report shall include a summary of the quantities of radioactive liquid and gaseous effluents and solid. waste released from the plant as outlined in USNRC Rejulatory Guide 1.21, with data L

summarized on a quarterly basis following the format of Appendix B thereof. All unplanned releases of radioactive. material from the site, l

5.6.2 Non-Routine Reports A.

Limitina Condition for Operation Exceeded In the event that a limiting condition for operation is exceeded in-cluding any unplanned release of radioactive material from the site-in quantities such that the release rate is greater than 10% of the allowed instantaneous release rate specified in Specifications 2.4.1A and 2.4.2A or an event invoiving a significant adverse environmental impact occurs, a ' report will be made within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> by telephone and telegraph to the Director of the Office of Inspection and Enforce-ment followed by a written report with a copy to the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation within 15 ' days. The telegraph report will quantify the occurrence, its causes and, if aspects of the Crystal River Unit' 3. operation ~are among the causes, planned remedial action to the extent possible. The written report will fully describe the occurrence and will describe its causes and corrective action as fully as possible.
