Thank you for your letter of September 26, 1980, informing us of steps you have
taken to correct the two items of noncompliance concerning activities under NRC
Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-116 and CPPR-117 brought to your attention in our
letter of August 29, 1980. It is our understanding that your response to noncom-
pliance items 413,414/80-17-01 is an interim response and that a final response
will be provided for our review on or before April 1,1981. We have reviewed your
response for the other item of noncompliance (438,439/80-17-02) and will examine

your corrective actions for it during subsequent inspections.
