By application dcted May 16, 1979, your Company requested changes to Construc-tion Permit Nos. CPPR-135 ar.d CPPR-136 for Seabrook Unit Nos.1 and 2.
On August 6,1980, the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation approved your application by amending the construction permits.
With your application, a single Class III fee was paid. By letter dated August 13, 1980, we requested that an additional sum of $400 be paid to cover the duplicate unit Class I fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
This fee has not been received; thera. fore, it should be remitted to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
