This office has received a copy of your !!ay 16, 1979 application ;r amendment of Contruction Permits CPPR-135 and CPPR-136 for Seabrook Station Units 1 and 2 for ownership interest changes for these facilities. The application was accompanied by a Class III amendment fee of $4,000.
In response to your request both Permits were amended (Amendment No. 3) by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation on August 6,1980.
Since your application involved actions relating to Units 1 and 2, the applicable fees are Classes III and I.
Therefore, it is requested that your Cogany promptly remit a Class I fee of $400 to this office.
