Response
The evaluation of additional hangers for proper torque as discussed in my letter of June 30, 1980 has been completed.
Fifty additional hangers were inspected for proper torque. Six of these hangers did not meet the torque requirements, therefore, all t.
.gers which have been signed off by the QC inspector responsible for the inspection of RHR support ND-H76 will he reinspected. This inspection will be completed and all nonconforming items associated with these hangers will be corrected by August 15, 1980.
