As of the end of your current refueling outage at Davis-Besse, Unit No.1, all fire protection modifications should be completed in accordance with our Fire Protection Safety Evaluation Report dated July 26, 1979. Therefore, it is appropriate that your Technical Specifications be revised as necessary to reflect the modifications. For your information, the enclosure contains l

a set of our current fire protection Standard Technical Specifications.

It is requested that you revise your fire protection Technical Specifications using the enclosure as a guide and propose an amendment to your license within 60 days of receipt of this letter.
